I’m not much of a pumpkin pie lover, but my family and I love this Pumpkin Crunch Yum-ee! Not only does it taste delicious, but it’s really easy to make. It tastes best warmed and served with whipped cream or ice cream on top, take my word on that!

1 can Pumpkin; (1 lb. 13 oz.) can
3 Eggs; slightly beaten
13 oz Evaporated milk
1/2 tsp. Nutmeg
1/4 tsp. Cloves

1/2 tsp. Salt
1 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
1/4 tsp. Ginger
3/4 c Butter
1 pkg. Yellow cake mix
1 c Pecans, chopped

Blend together everything except yellow last 3 ingredients and beat well. Pour the pumpkin mixture into a lightly greased 9×13 in. pan. Sprinkle the dry yellow cake mix and 1 cup of chopped nuts over the top of the pumpkin mixture. Drizzle melted butter over everything. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. This will be your new favorite pumpkin dessert!
