3 lbs. spareribs (at least)

Salt and pepper (I use Greek Seasoning, of course)

½ cup sliced onions

¼ cup honey

2 Tbsps. brown sugar

1 (16 oz.) bottle barbecue sauce (Choose your favorite, I like Jack Daniels)

Slow Cooker Liner

Prepare slow cooker with a plastic liner. Place ribs in crockpot with liner, cut up into 3-rib sections. Salt & pepper to taste (or use your Greek seasoning to taste). Drizzle honey over ribs, then sprinkle brown sugar over them. Pour sauce evenly over ribs and fill the rest of the crockpot with water until ribs are almost covered, then place onions on top of ribs. Place cover on slow cooker, then cook for 8-10 hours on low or 4-5 hour on high. My family asks for these ribs over and over. What a great way to keep from sweating over the grill and still have great tasting ribs!
