These strawberries are so easy to make and they taste delicious!!!!

Ingredients:

16 ounces milk chocolate chips
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 pound fresh strawberries with leaves (I buy the strawberries with the long stems, but use toothpicks If I can’t find long stems)

White Chocolate Drizzle:
1/2-1 cup white chocolate chips
1/2-1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 small plastic zip-lock bag

Directions:

Insert toothpicks into the tops of the strawberries (or use the greenery or long stems to hold them for dipping). In a small, but relatively deep bowl, melt the chocolate with the vegetable oil in the microwave, microwaving in 1 minute intervals (should only take about 1 ½ to 2 minutes). Stir until chocolate is smooth. Holding strawberries by the toothpick or stem, dip the strawberries into the chocolate mixture. Place strawberries down on a piece of wax paper, plastic wrap, parchment paper, or in small paper baking cups. If you want a more flawless effect turn strawberries upside down and insert the toothpick into a piece of Styrofoam for the chocolate to cool. If you’re in a rush place the whole batch in the freezer for 20 minutes to speed up the setting process.

For the Chocolate Drizzle, place white chocolate chips into plastic zip lock bag, add oil, then microwave for 30 seconds at a time (shouldn’t take more than a minute). Squish around in the bag until smooth, then snip the tip of one side of the bag and drizzle over each strawberry. Cool in refrigerator for 30 minutes longer and serve. These strawberries are so easy to make and they taste delicious!!!!
