Ingredients:

Quart-Size Freezer Bags
Sharpie Pen (To Write Each Person’s Name On Their Bag)
Eggs (Two Per Bag)
Variety Of Cheese, shredded
Chopped Ham
Chopped Bacon
Chopped Water Chestnuts
Chopped Tomatoes
Chopped Mushrooms
Chopped Peppers
Chopped Onions
Chopped Olives
Hash Browns
Salsa
Salt & Pepper
Greek Seasoning (Optional)
Large Pot Of Boiling Water

To Make The Meal Complete You Might Want To Include The Following:

Toast
Coffee Cake
Variety of Fruit
Orange Juice
Milk
Coffee

Directions:

Have guests write their name on a quart-size freezer bag with permanent marker.
Crack 2 eggs (large or extra-large) into the bag (not more than 2) shake and squeeze to mix the eggs.
Put out a variety of ingredients such as: cheeses, ham, onion, mushrooms, green pepper, tomato, hash browns, salsa, water chestnuts, salt and pepper to taste, etc. (do not add more than 2 tablespoons of cheese or anything moist to your omelet, or it will not get firm).
Each guest will add their own prepared ingredients of choice to their bag and then shake and squish to mix.
Make sure to get the air out of the bag and zip it up.
Place the bags into boiling water for 13 to 16 minutes (make sure your omelet is firm and not runny).
You can usually cook 6-8 omelets in a large pot. For more, make another pot of boiling water.
Open the bags and the omelet will roll out easily (then just throw the bags away). Be prepared to be amazed!

**Note: You can even pre-prepare the bags with all of the ingredients in them and freeze them for your next party or get together, just to save some time.
